INTRODUCTION, INFORMATION, FEES and CONTACTS






๐Ÿ™ Namaste to everyone. Hi my name is Steven Chee 
(aka Kris Zhu).

I am born in 1969 and based in Singapore. I have been teaching Yoga full-time since 2000 till present.

I conduct on-site sessions at Corporate Offices or make House-Calls.

I am fully vaccinated for Covid-19.

I attained the Yoga Teacher Training Diploma in October 2000. From 2001 to 2005 I managed a Yoga & Ayurvedic Center called Neem Tree Well-Being Sanctuary, where I conducted daily yoga classes and Swedish Body Massages.

I've stayed in the Ashram in India to enrich my Yoga teaching skills and have attended many Local and International workshops and seminars to broaden my scope.  

Since January 2006 I have been Freelancing on my own.


Personal One-on-One Training:
A personalised tailored program to suit the individuals health needs and fitness objectives.

Couples:
A tailored program to suit the Couples fitness objectives and to interact and support each other during certain position to aid strength, flexibility and bonding.

Groups:
Privately organised small intimate groups amongst friends or Corporate Group Classes as a company's recreational activity.

My Lessons include ASANAS (Postures & Positions), PRANAYAMAS (Breathing Techniques), BANDHAS (Concentration and Channeling of Energy), MUDRAS (Tapping of Body Energy circulation), SHATKARMAS (Cleansing Techniques,) plus Assisted Stretching & Massages for the holistic well-bing.

For the best of each and every individual, I infuse various Yoga Techniques such as HathaVinyasaAsthanga and Yin Yoga.

Yoga for Physiotherapy:
For those experiencing or recovering from physical or physiological conditions due to accident or surgery or chronic medical conditions that require gentle and easy exercises for rehabilitative purposes.

Yoga for Special Needs (disabled & handicapped): 
Tailored for anyone with mild to serious physical handicap or disability.  For those who are permanently wheelchair bound or bed-ridden.  I will cater to just what the patient requires at their comfort level.  Also based on your doctors professional diagnosis.  Gentle breathing and physical exercises (where applicable) that are comfortable, safe and non-evasive will be taught to improve the person's oxygenation, circulation, detoxification and elimination systems.  Also beneficial to prevent toxin build-up leading to Bed-Sores for the bed ridden.

Yoga for Seniors:
Extra Gentle and Easy sessions dedicated for our seniors.  Non-evasive, slow paced, easy to follow,  no long winded complicated instructions, no experience required, no yoga mats required, no special equipment or attire required, no need to remember steps, non-strenuous.  Breathing and physical exercises are done either standing-up or seated on a chair or wheelchair.  Modifications and easier options will be made to cater to those with certain disabilities such as frozen shoulders or wheelchair bound etc.

Chair Yoga for Office Workers and Wheelchair Bound:
Breathing and Physical exercises done seated and standing using the desk chair or chair as a prop to distress, improve strength, flexibility, circulation and detoxification.  This program is tailored for desk bound Students and Computer Gamers and Office Workers in mind, including those who work from home, who suffer from long hours seated on a chair causing stiffness and stagnation, resulting in stiff necks, shoulder aches, lower back pains and Carpal Tunnel Syndrome.  Great for seniors too and those who are prone to light headedness and dizzy spells or chronic knee problems.

Stretching + Massaging Yoga
Great for those who are simply looking for a deeply relaxing session that focuses entirely on stretching plus massaging to relief tension, stress, aches and pain. I will aid and guide you into various stretching positions whilst you are standing, seated or lying down.  At the same time the massages will compliment various positions to stimulate and generate more benefits.

Cardio & Circuit Training:
For those who dislike Yoga but prefer a good structured and standard workout combining Aerobics, Isometrics and Calisthenics Exercises for the ultimate sweat and burn exercise regime that improves Cardio Vascular Strength, Core and overall Body Strength, Flexibility, Agility and Endurance, maximising fat and excess calorie burn.

HIIT (Hight Intensity Interval Training):
Using High Intensity Calisthenics and Isometrics using the methodology and timing intervals set by Tabata Interval Training or HIIT.

You may also opt to include a variety of yoga and fitness classes in your package.

You can choose to pay for a single session each time or for a package of 5 or 10 sessions.

CLASS DURATION: 1 hour per session.

FEES - Per Hour:
1 pax = SGD$150.

2 pax = SGD$200 ($100 per person).

3 to 9 pax = SGD$200 per session, divided by total number of pax. 
Example: 5 pax = $40 per person ($200/5)

10 pax and above = SGD$20 per pax.

For Special Events and Corporate events, seminars & workshops, please contact me for quotation.

DAY & TIME: 7 days a week. Time between 9.00am - 9.00pm.

Please note that advance booking & reservation for an exclusive date and time will only be given to package paying clients.  Non package paying clients can call to book within 24 hours in advance.

PAYMENT:  Advance payment in full is required at least 7 days before commencement.  Payments can be done by Cash, Cheque or Digitally via Paynow, Paylah, Internet Bank Transfer. 

CANCELLATIONS:  Minimum 24 Hours advance notice is required for any cancellation or postponement.  If not that session will be forfeited and there will be no refund of money or replacement of session.

RENEWAL:  7 Days in advance payment is required for all renewal of each term.
